PV Sindhu Leads India’s Hylo Open 2026 Challenge in Germany
Two-time Olympic medallist P. V. Sindhu is among India’s leading contenders at the 2026 Hylo Open, held in Saarbrücken, Germany, from 27 October to 1 November.
India’s singles contenders
Sindhu arrived after finishing runner-up at the French Open. She is seeded second in the women’s singles competition. Lakshya Sen and H. S. Prannoy are also among the Indian players entered in men’s singles.
India suffered qualifying-round setbacks on 27 October when Meghana Reddy Mareddy and the men’s doubles pair of Achutaditya Rao Doddavarapu and Arjun Reddy Pochana were eliminated. The main draw continues through the week, so this report does not assume any later match result.
