India secured at least two mixed doubles para badminton medals at the 2026 Asian Para Games in Aichi-Nagoya, Japan, after two pairs advanced to their respective semi-finals on 20 October.
Pramod Bhagat and Manisha Ramdass beat Thailand’s Siripong Teamarrom and Chanida Srinavakul 21-15, 21-14 in the SL3-SU5 quarter-finals.
Krishna Nagar and Nithya Sre Sumathy Sivan defeated Chinese Taipei’s Wu Yu-yen and Lin Jia-siang 21-15, 21-10 to qualify in the SH6 category.
