Cristiano Ronaldo Suspended for 30 Days by Portuguese Football Federation

Cristiano Ronaldo has been suspended for 30 days and fined €255 by the Portuguese Football Federation following his departure from the national-team camp without authorisation.

The federation’s disciplinary decision found that Ronaldo breached its rules when he left the Portugal camp during the international break. Brazilian outlets ge and Folha de S.Paulo reported the decision on 19–20 October 2026.

The reports did not establish exactly which future fixtures the suspension will affect. That remains subject to clarification from the federation.
