Manchester United were beaten 3-0 by Bournemouth at Old Trafford on Sunday, 25 October 2026, extending their winless run and increasing pressure on head coach Michael Carrick.

Bournemouth take control

Rayan opened the scoring in the 38th minute before Marcus Tavernier doubled the visitors’ lead five minutes later. Evanilson added the third goal in the 71st minute.

Carrick made changes to his starting lineup, including leaving Bruno Fernandes out of the team, but United struggled to create a response. Bournemouth capitalised on defensive mistakes and took all three points.
