Fishing Friendship Reunites Josh Allen and Josh Golubski at Toyota Owners Tournament
For Josh Allen of Georgetown, Kentucky, and Josh Golubski of Hartford, Wisconsin, the 2026 Toyota Owners Tournament on Lake Guntersville was about more than bass fishing.
The two met years ago while fishing from a pier at Navarre Beach in Florida and have maintained a friendship across state lines. They returned to the Toyota event after fishing together there the previous year.
According to Major League Fishing, their friendship now extends to family trips and regular conversations, showing how a shared interest in angling can build lasting connections.
